Dana Harris built her business on a sound reputation in agency and corporate recruiting, having held positions as Corporate Recruiting Manager and Executive Recruiter. Dana’s experience includes consulting and permanent positions with leading firms throughout the U.S.  She recognized the need for a reliable HR staffing firm in Denver and started the company in 2009.

She has been responsible for providing recruiting support for various industries and disciplines and has built recruiting departments from scratch with well-established companies and start-ups, and built talent programs to take companies to the next level in recruitment.

Dana has an expert level of knowledge in managing and conducting recruiting processes and procedures in highly complex, fast-paced environments. She enjoys the ever-changing social media marketing, educating herself on the newest recruiting trends and networking anywhere and everywhere she can.

Dana is an active part of CHRA, SHRM, CWCC and volunteers for various non-profit organizations throughout Denver.
